Then our TAPS Club is the solution for you! TAPS stands for Technology Answers and Problem Solving, and our new membership option will keep you tap, tap, tapping away on your devices more efficiently than ever before.

TAPS Club membership includes the following benefits:

• Use of our exclusive TAPS phone number and email address where Nik will assist you with one question/problem a month. (Up to 45 minutes of assistance. Calls, texts or emails will be answered within one business day.)
• Exclusive Access to TAPS office hours once a month. You can drop in during office hours to work on a problem, get a question answered, or learn about a new skill. Remote connections through Zoom-Cloud are also available. (First come, first served.)
• Exclusive invitations to bi-annual update events where we will share the newest information about new apps and devices, operating system and product updates, and exciting technology on the horizon.
• Access to free demos of new products directly from the AT vendors such as HIMS, VFO, Humanware, etc.
• 10% Discount on additional individual training or consultation (private-pay clients only.)
