We had a good time with the parents of blind children at Hull Park and Retreat Center for the Blind. Nik and I facilitated two Parent Cafe’s where we demonstrated the Freedom Scientific Focus 40, iPhones, and other tech. We also answered questions about various aspects of working with special educators. All the parents shared their own solutions and problem-solving ideas. It was a great, resourceful group. Meanwhile, the kids had a blast playing at the park, doing arts and crafts, swimming and playing games. We look forward to working again with Sharon Elder and the Hull Park staff on other events in the future!
