We are working with in-person clients on a small scale and a case-by-case basis. If you are older or have high risk health issues, we ask that you not come in. If you do come in, we ask that you stop in at either restroom on the 6th floor and wash your hands. The women’s restroom is to the right of the elevators (past our office) and the men’s is to the left of the elevators (past the conference room.) We suggest a stop on your way out as well.

Communication is key to finding out what will work for everyone. Please let us know where you are and we can help talk to your VR counselor or sponsoring agency and work out alternative schedules and solutions.

For our website testing clients, we will continue to work with you remotely as per usual.

TAPS Club members can still call for technical assistance, but we ask that you do not come in without calling ahead and discussing it first.

If you have a meeting scheduled in our conference room (NFB, ACB, or other meeting or workshop) it is likely canceled for now, but check with your organization. We are not planning to hold any meetings or workshops in the conference room at this time.
