Our office has two workstations and a small conference table. We also have a Braille embosser, fully accessible computers and Braille displays and other equipment.

We have access to a shared conference room right down the hall. It has a large oval table with room for 10 and additional chairs. It has AV equipment and a small kitchenette.

As some of you may have heard already, we have moved from being “mobile” to having a permanent downtown office. We have a great location and great facilities and think that this new location will be much more comfortable for our clients. We will continue to provide “on location” services to clients setting up accommodations at their place of employment, but will welcome most clients into our offices. Please note that we have a separate “mailing address” and “physical address.” Although we can get mail at our physical address, our UPS Office Box provides us with more secure and comprehensive mail and package service. Don’t worry, though, if you accidentally show up at our mailing address, it is only a few blocks away from our office. If you have any confusion, about which is which (they are both on SW 5th Avenue) don’t hesitate to give us a call and we will point you in the right direction.
